Privacy Policy
This policy sets out the rules for handling personal data and other data of Users in connection with the operation of the Website.
The terms used in the regulations mean:
- Administrator – KMK sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Katowice (40-067), at ul. Mikołowska 15a/2, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000461672, and the Tax Identification Number (NIP) 6312649340.
- Website – website available at https://sellina.pl/, through which the Administrator presents the Sellina product.
- User – a natural person who visits the Website or by providing his/her personal data in the contact form available on the Website contacts the Administrator in order to conclude a contract or obtain information about the services offered by the Administrator.
- The Administrator is the controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in relation to personal data collected via the Website. Users have the right to access and rectify personal data collected by the Administrator.
- The user also has the right to request the deletion or restriction of personal data processing and to transfer the data to another controller, in accordance with generally applicable law. The user is also entitled to object to the processing of their personal data, in particular in the event of profiling based on the personal data being processed.
- The User is entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) whenever there is a suspicion that his or her personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
- In the event of a change in personal data, the User shall immediately inform the Administrator of this fact by sending an appropriate e-mail to kontakt@sellina.pl.
- Users’ personal data are not transferred to data recipients within the meaning of the GDPR, except in cases where such an obligation rests with the Controller under generally applicable provisions of law, or to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller.
- If you send an inquiry to the Administrator via any type of contact form or by any other means, including electronic means, the Administrator will process the personal data provided by the User in that inquiry.
- The Administrator processes the data sent in the inquiry for the purpose of correspondence and contact with the User.
- Personal data sent in the inquiry are processed as part of the legitimate interest of the Controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. in connection with handling the inquiry.
- Data processed for the purpose of handling an inquiry will be processed for the period necessary to respond or resolve the matter to which the inquiry relates. This period may be extended by a maximum of three years for the purpose of defending against or pursuing potential claims.
- Users' personal data are processed on top-class equipment and servers in appropriately secured information storage centers, to which only authorized persons have access.
- The Administrator processes the User's personal data in compliance with all legal and technical requirements imposed on him by generally applicable provisions on the protection of personal data.
- The User's personal data will be kept confidential within the limits set out in this policy and generally applicable laws.
- For the convenience of Users, the Administrator uses cookies, among other things, to tailor the Website to Users' needs and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by the website visited by the Internet user to the Internet user's device.
- The data collected in logs is used solely for the purposes of administering the Website.
- As is common practice with most websites, we store HTTP requests sent to the server (server logs). Therefore, the following may be stored:
- IP addresses from which Users browse the Website;
- time of arrival of the request;
- time of sending the response;
- name of the User's device;
- information about errors in communication between the Website and the User's device;
- so-called referer link;
- information about the User's browser.
- Collected logs are stored for a maximum of one year as auxiliary material used to administer the Website. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone other than those authorized to administer the Website. Log files can be used to generate statistics to aid administration. The aggregated summaries of such statistics do not contain any identifying features of Website visitors.
- Categories of cookies used:
- Necessary (technical) cookies ensure the proper functioning of the website and the security of the connection. They enable, among other things, remembering your cookie consent preferences and maintaining user sessions. Their use does not require consent.
- Statistical (analytical) – allows us to analyze website traffic, traffic sources, and site usage. This data is collected anonymously and processed only with your consent.
- Personalization – enable content and messages to be tailored to user preferences (e.g. interface language or recently visited sections).
- Marketing (advertising) – used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns conducted in Google Ads systems and to match advertising content to the user’s interests.
Some cookies are saved by our domain sellina.pl (so-called first-party cookies), while others come from external providers (third-party cookies), whose services we use for analytical and marketing purposes.
- External providers and tools:
For statistical and advertising purposes, we use tools provided by the following partners:
- Google Ireland Ltd. – provider of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google reCAPTCHA. These tools are used to analyze website traffic, measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and protect forms from abuse (spam), respectively. Google Privacy Policy.
- Dealfront GmbH (Leadfeeder) – a tool for analyzing B2B traffic and identifying companies visiting the website in order to assess interest in the offer. Dealfront Privacy Policy.
These providers may process your data outside the European Economic Area (e.g., in the USA). In such cases, your data will be transferred using appropriate legal safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses.
- Storage period and consent management. The storage period for cookies depends on their type and purpose – it can range from the duration of a browser session to a maximum of 12 months.
The user may at any time:
- change or withdraw consent via the consent management panel visible on the website (cookie icon visible in the lower left corner of the screen),
- delete saved cookies through your web browser settings.

- Third-party websites whose materials may be presented on the Website may also use cookies to enable logging in and to deliver advertisements that are relevant to the User's preferences and behavior.
- The User may contact the Administrator at any time to obtain information on how the Administrator processes or intends to process his or her personal data.
- In matters not regulated in this policy, generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.
