FAQ

Most frequently asked questions

Will Sellina support my sales model if I combine B2B and B2C?

Yes. The system recognizes customer type at the registration stage and differentiates pricing, payment, and shipping without building two separate stores. More information can be found on the Sellina website – B2B and B2C e-commerce system.

Can I add functionality that is not on this list?

Yes. The list above includes features available in the base version (out-of-the-box). We evaluate features specific to your process as part of the Pre-Implementation Analysis.

Can B2B and B2C functionalities be enabled independently?

Yes. You can start with B2C sales and add B2B support later (or vice versa) without migrating to another platform.

Can I see these features in action before making a decision?

Yes – schedule a demo during which we will show you the functionalities that suit your sales model.

Can the system automatically move customers to higher discount groups once a turnover threshold is reached?

Yes - our dedicated team is responsible for this process Price App, which analyzes purchase history in real time and manages discount policies. This powerful loyalty tool operates fully automatically, reducing the workload of your sales department.

How does it work in practice with the Price App?

• Dynamic Discount Groups: The system monitors a customer's turnover over a period of time you define (e.g., month, quarter, year). Once a threshold is exceeded, the Pricing Application immediately changes the pricing parameters for that customer.
• Nudge Mechanism (Motivational): After logging in to Sellina, customers receive a precise message: "Your purchases this quarter total PLN 8,500. Spend another PLN 1,500 and you'll automatically upgrade to the Premium discount level (7% off everything)." This significantly increases the average basket value.
• ERP independence: Crucially, these thresholds and rules can be defined exclusively in the Pricing Application. You don't have to overhaul your ERP system to implement a modern loyalty policy.
• Omnichannel Consistency: The new discount that the customer has "earned" through their purchases in the online store is also immediately available for orders placed offline (e.g. at a merchant or in a stationary point), provided that these channels use the Price Application as their source of truth.
• Benefits for your business: Instead of manual analyses in Excel and manual changes to groups in the system, you get an automated system that "monitors" your customers' loyalty and encourages them to make larger purchases.
